At Mapledurham Developments we can deal with all projects from conception to completion, organising all the trades seamlessly for a complete package of work or constructing the "shell" only for you to complete at a later date.

Communication is an integral part of a quality project, after all, if we don't understand your requirements properly then our goal of a satisfied client is unlikely to be realised. Therefore, right from the outset we take the time to understand our client's needs and indeed expectations. There will be regular site meetings, especially on larger projects and no alterations to the original specification will be undertaken without prior approval from you, our valued client.

Health and Safety is a vitally important aspect of our work and regular checks are made to ensure no activity is being carried out dangerously. We also firmly believe that a tidy site is a safe site beneficial to everybody concerned.
